World championships results

100 - Tyson Gay 2nd in final at 9.71 for American Record, Usain Bolt ran world record 9.58, Darvis Patton cramped during the race and was 8th in 10.34.

All four Americans made semifinals, Gay won his heat in 9.93, Patton third in the other heat in 9.98, Mike Rodgers missed qualifying for final with 5th place finish in 10.04, and Rae Edwards was 6th in his heat in 10.14.

Michael Rodgers won his quarterfinal in 10.01 on the 8/15

On 8/17 Carmelita Jeter finished third in the final (10.90) behind Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser of Jamaica who ran a world leading 10.73 ahead of her teammate Kerron Stewart who ran a new pr 10.75.  Lauryn Williams was fifth (11.01) behind defending champion Veronica Campbell-Brown (10.95) as both ran season-bests.

On 8/17 Carmelita Jeter won her semifinal in a new pr 10.83 (=9 a-t US) which gave hope for the final.  Muna Lee was a non-qualifying fifth in that semifinal with a time of 11.18.

200 - At the 8/20 final, Shawn Crawford was in lane 8 and ran very well with the turn but was behind world record holder Usain Bolt.  In the straightaway he was passed by teammate Wallace Spearmon and then hard-charging Junior college champion while at Barton CC, 19 year-old Alonso Edward of Panama.  Bolt crushed his own world record with a time of 19.19.  Edward followed with a personal best 19.81, Spearmon in 19.85 and Crawford in 19.89.  Charles Clark finished sixth with a time of 20.39.

On 8/19 Shawn Crawford third in semifinal 1, 20.35, Wallace Spearmon won semifinal 2 in 20.14 and Charles Clark was third in semifinal two in 20.27, as all three made the final.

Tyson Gay withdrew from the 200 meters after the 100 meters due to a lingering injury, but he plans on running the 4x100 meter relay.

8/19 Allyson Felix won heat 3 in 22.88, Muna Lee won heat 2 22.76, Marshavet Hooker won heat 4 in 22.51, and Charonda Williams was second in heat 1 at 23.08

400 - In the 8/21 final this was the two man race it was expected to be.  '08 Olympic champion LaShawn Merritt lined up in lane 4 and '04 Olympic and two-time defending champion Jeremy Wariner lined up in lane 6.  Wariner was ahead through the first 100 meters (10.98 to 11.14) and through 200 meters (21.41 to 21.49) but Merritt was starting to move on him behind the lead of lane 5's Chris Brown of the Bahamas (21.31).  By 300 meters Merritt barely led 32.32 to 32.34 but was running away from Wariner and Brown was falling back (32.53).  Brown lost it at the end (12.87 final 100 to finish fifth in 45.47) and the fast closing Renny Quow of Trinidad (7th at 300 meters) closed the fastest with a 11.70 second final 100 meters to move into third behind Merritt at 44.06, Wariner at 44.60, and Quow at 45.02.  It was disclosed later that Wariner has had issues with training this summer due to an ankle injury.

LaShawn Merritt won semifinal 2 in 44.37 and defending world champion Jeremy Wariner won semifinal 1 in 44.69.  Lionel Larry was 6th in semifinal three at 45.85.

Sanya Richards ran world leading 49.00 to win her first world/Olympic championship.  Debbie Dunn was sixth at 50.35.  Richards led from start to finish.  Shericka Williams of Jamaica was the runner-up with a pr 49.32 and Antonina Krivoshapka of Russia was third at 49.71.

Sanya Richards beat '08 Oly and '07 World Champion Christine Ohurugu in heat (8/15)  and 8/16 semifinal (50.21) and qualified for final.  Debbie Dunn runs .71 pr, 49.95 to finish third in semi and qualify for final, Jessica Beard was fifth in semi 1 in 51.20 and did not make the final.

800 - In the 8/23 final Nick Symmonds settled into his position in the back of the pack (8th at 200 meters with a 25.6 second rum) but decided to move up when the pace slowed and was in second behind Mbulaeni Mulaudzi of South Africa at 400 meters (53.44 to 53.5 for Symmonds) running a really slow pace (1:45 would be the fastest time).  At 600 meters he was still in second, 1:19.8 as the defending champion, Alfred Yego of Kenya had moved into third (1:20.0) with Yusuf Kamel of Bahrain in fourth.  Symmonds wasn't able to stay in second and runner after runner passed him down the final straightaway.  Mulaudzi held on to win in 1:45.29 ahead of Yego in 1:45.35 and Kamel in third at 1:45.35.  Symmonds finished 6th in 1:45.71.

On 8/20 US champion Nick Symmonds won heat 2 with a time of 1:47.12 and runner-up Khadevis Robinson was third in heat 4 with a time of 1:46.79 as both qualified for the semifinals.  Ryan Brown was fifth in heat 3 (fastest heat winner 1:45.76 and had two championship medallists) with a time of 1:46.92 in his outdoor world championship debut.

On 8/19, in a heavily disputed race centering on the sexuality of Caster Semenya of South Africa, Semenya walked away with a world leading time of 1:55.45 and won by 18 meters over Janeth Jepkosgei of Kenya (season best 1:57.90) and Jennifer Meadows of Great Britain (pr 1:57.93).

On 8/17 Hazel Clark was fourth in the second semifinal with a season best 1:59.96 that did not qualify for the final but may get in due to a protest questioning the sexuality of the winner Caster Semenya of South Africa.  US runner-up Genna Gall was sixth in semifinal heat 1 at 2:01.30 and Maggie Vessey was seventh in heat three at 2:03.55.  Results of the protest should be known 8/18 or 8/19.

1,500 - For the first international championship since the 1968 Olympics, the US had three competitors in the final.  Unfortunately Bernard Lagat had been perfectly placed in fifth to unleash his kick with 300 meters to go but 5 runners moved up on his outside and blocked his path.  With 100 meters to go he swung out but could only move from fifth to third in this kickers race.  The winner was Yusuf Kamel of Bahrain in 3:35.93 and Deresse Mekonnen of Ethiopia was second in 3:36.01 and Lagat ran 3:36.20.  Lopez Lomong was eighth in 3:37.62 and Leo Manzano was 12th in 3:40.05.

On 8/17 In semifinal one Bernard Lagat finished third in 3:36.86 and teammate Lopez Lomong was second in 3:36.75 and Leonel Manzano was second in heat 2, 3:36.29 as all three qualified for the final. Dorian Ullrey was 12th in the second semifinal in 3:39.33 and did not qualify for the final.

Not to be outdone by the men the women also had three in the final.  Controversy clouded the final result as Natalia Rodriguez of Spain finished first in 4:03.36 but was disqualified after shoving the leader through 1200 meters, Gelete Burka of Ethiopia.  Americans Shannon Rowbury, Anna Willard, and Christin Wurth-Thomas were well distributed in the pack with Rowbury in 5th, Willard in 8th and Wurth-Thomas in 12th.  Wurth-Thomas was one of the fastest at the end and moved into fifth at 4:05.21 behind Rowbury in 3rd at 4:04.18 and Willard at 4:06.19 after the disqualification was taken into account.

3,000 Steeple - In the 8/18 final Ezekiel Kemboi of Kenya won with a championship record 8:00.43 as he outkicked his teammate Richard Mateelong (8:00.89 - personal record) and Bouabdellah Tahri of France outkicked Paul Koech of Kenya for the bronze, 8:01.18 (European record) to 8:01.26.   On 8/16 Joshua McAdams was 13th in the second heat with a time of 9:02.19, Daniel Huling was 12th in the third heat with a time of 8:46.79, and Kyle Alcorn did not finish in the first heat.  The US steeplechasers finished last in every heat.

Jenny Barringer dropped to 12th in the pack in the final and gradually moved up and picked off the runners ahead of her to finish fifth with a time of 9:12.50 for a near ten second pr and American record.  At the Olympics Marta Dominguez of Spain fell near the end of the race and did not finish, this time she won with a world leading time of 9:07.32, Yuliya Zarudneva of Russia was second with a pr 9:08.39 and Milcah Cheywa of Kenya was third with a pr 9:08.57

Jenny Barringer (3rd heat 2, 9:26.81) lead for part of her heat, qualfied for the final.  Lindsey Anderson (11th heat 1, 9:46.03) and Bridget Franek (12th heat 3, 9:50.02) did not qualify for the semifinal.

5,000 - With 800 to go there was a pack of 12 in the 8/23 final.  Kenenisa Bekele of Ethiopia was there on a mission to make-up for the embarrassing performance in the women's 5k and 10k.  Defending champion Bernard Lagat of the US was unhappy about the team tactics against him in the 1,500 and had a bloody ankle and six stitches after the heat of the 5k.  Portland training parters and ex-Wisconsin Badgers Matt Tegenkamp and Chris Solinsky were also in the group.  Bekele out-sprinted Lagat 13.0 to 13.1 over the final 100 meters to eek out the win 13:17.09 to 13:17.33 as they both finished the final circuit in 53.7 seconds.  In third was James Kwalia of Qatar in 13:17.78.  Eighth was Tegenkamp in 13:20.23 as he finished in 56.3 seconds and Solinsky finished 12th in 13:25.87 as he could only finish in 61.7 seconds.

US winner Matt Tegenkamp was second in heat 2 with a time of 13:19.87, US runner-up Chris Solinsky was sixth in 13:20.64 and both qualified for the final.  Defending world champion Bernard Lagat was fourth, qualifying for the final, in his heat in a time of 13:23.73 but had a large enough cut near his ankle that he needed six stiches and was seen being carted off in a wheelchair.  His status for the final was unknown.  Evan Jager was 11th in the second heat at 13:39.80 and did not qualify for the final.

In the 8/22 final there were six runners in competition with a lap to but only Vivian Cheruiyot of Kenya, teammate Sylvia Kibet, and Meseret Defar of Ethiopia could run at the high pace of the kick.  Defar passed the others and had the lead with 100 meters to go.  Just like in the 10k Defar slowed down considerably with 50 meters to go and was passed by Cheruiyot (14:57.97) and Kibet (14:58.33) and the defending champion Defar was third (14:58.41).  US finalist Jen Rhines was ninth in 15:11.63.

On 8/19 Jen Rhines was in the lead pack in heat two and with 2 1/2 laps to go was the leader.  She qualified for the final by finishing 6th in 15:20.20.  Jullie Culley was the top non-qualifier (7th) in heat 1 at 15:32.33

10,000 - Galen Rupp was in eighth and Dathan Ritzenhein was in 10th with 8 laps to go.  Galen seemed to run into trouble.  He had been battling a groin injury for the last month and the way he responded and was helped off the track after the race indicated he may have suffered from heat exhaustion.  He clipped the inner rail with two laps to go and had to have ice on his ankle at the end of the race.  Although he struggled both he and Dathan passed runners that tried to stay with Kenenisa Bekele and just Zersenay Tedese of Eritrea and Moses Masai of Kenya were able to stay at the high pace.  Ritzenhein showed his tough nature and said he benefitted from the seven weeks of training with his new coach Alberto Salazar to push to a new pr 27:22.28 and finished sixth to move to fourth all-time among Americans.  Rupp finished eighth in a season best 27:37.99.  Bekele won his fourth world championship and finished in a championship record 26:46.31, Tedese was second in 26:50.12, and Masai was third at 26:57.39.

Amy Yoder-Begley improved on her finish from last year and ran 6th (31:13.78) after the top 5 took off with eight laps to go, '08 Olympic Bronze medallist Shalane Flanagan was 14th (31:32.19)after running most of the race with Yoder-Begley and Katie McGregor was 17th (32:18.49)

110 hurdles - In a very tight final on 8/20 Terrence Trammell was off his form in hitting a number of hurdles.  In a tight finish US champion David Payne looked like he won but finished third in 13.15 behind winner Ryan Brathwaite of Barbados in 13.14 and Terrence Trammell in 13.15.

David Payne was third in heat 6 at 13.54, Terrence Trammell was second in heat 5 at 13.51 as both advanced to the semi-finals.  An ankle injury from warm-ups slowed Aries Merritt and he finished fourth in heat 3 at 13.70 and did not advance to the semifinals

100 hurdles - In the 8/19 final Dawn Harper, after running a pr in the semi-finals, clipped the second hurdle and almost fell.  She recovered enough to finish seventh behind teammate Ginnie Powell, 12.78 to 12.81.  34 year-old Jamaican Brigitte Foster-Hylton won her first title at 12.51 ahead of Priscilla Lopes of Canada at 12.54 and Jamaica's Dellores Ennis-London at 12.55.

Damu Cherry finished third in semi-final 2 at 12.76 (behind the gold and silver medallist but she lost out as a time qualifier) and did not make the final.

Defending champion Michelle Perry has been fighting injury and finished 7th in heat three at 13.68.

400 hurdles - Kerron Clement (1st semi 2, 48.00) and Bershawn Jackson (1st, semi 2, 48.23) won the two semifinals.  Johnny Dutch was sixth in the second semi (49.38) and did not make the final.

The second disappointment for the US team was Angelo Taylor (2x Olympic champion) finishing fourth in the heats on 8/15 (49.64)

In the 8/20 final Lashinda Demus led through eight hurdles but Melaine Walker of Jamaica was very close.  Demus does not like to switch legs and only likes to hurdle with her right leg.  She chopped her steps to switch to her right leg on the ninth hurdle and lost the lead to Walker.  She ran hard to the tenth hurdle and lost a lot of momentum awkwardly going over the hurdle and Walker won with the second fastest time ever and championship record, 52.42 and Demus ran her second fastest time ever, 52.96.  Former Auburn all-American and rival of Walker's, Josanne Lucas of Trinidad & Tobago, was third in a pr and national record 53.20.  Tiffany Ross-Williams was fifth in a season best 53.83.

In the 8/18 semifinal LaShinda Demus won heat three in 54.25.  Tiffany Williams was a time qualfier for the final with a run of 54.79 in heat 2. Sheena Tosta was sixth in semifinal 1 at 56.31.

4x400 relay - The last event of the world championships was on 8/23.  Every member of the men's relay had won two individual world or Olympic championships.  Anchor LaShawn Merritt had won the 400 here and the Olympics last year, 3rd leg Kerron Clement had just won his second consecutive world championship, 2nd leg Jeremy Wariner had won two world 400 championships, '05 and '07, and the '04 Olympic championship, and opening leg Angelo Taylor had won the '04 and '08 Olympic 400 hurdle titles.  Taylor was in third after the opening leg after a 45.4 first circuit but Wariner moved into the front by the breat and moved away from the competition to move into a solid first place position with a 43.9 leg.  Kerron Clement ran 44.6 for the third leg and LaShawn Merritt ran 43.9 for the fourth leg.  The team ran 2:57.86 as the race was no longer competitive after the middle of the second leg.  Great Britain was second with a time of 3:00.53 and Australia was third with a time of 3:00.90.

The women's relay added LaShinda Demus and Allyson Felix for the 8/23 final to go with World winner Sanya Richards and sixth place finisher Debbie Dunn.  With a 50.5 second leg, Dunn barely had a lead over Russia's Kapachinskaya (50.7) but in the second leg, the second fastest 400 meter runner in the world, Allyson Felix, blew out the competition with a 48.8 second leg and essentially ended the race.  Novlene Williams of Jamaica closed the gap to Russia's Firova by running 49.6 to 49.9 seconds for the second leg.  The third leg run of 50.14 seconds for LaShinda Demus and anchor leg of 48.44 by Sanya Richards were the fastest for their respective legs.  Shericka Williams of Jamaica ran the sixth fastest leg of the race, 50.04 seconds, and moved Jamaica into second ahead of Russia.  Final times were US, 3:17.83, Jamaica 3:21.15 and Russia at 3:21.64.  The US team ran the fastest time in 16 years.

High Jump - US champion Tora Harris cleared 2.24m, 7-4 and did not make the final.  Keith Moffatt cleared 2.27m, 7-5 1/4 and Andra Manson cleared 2.30m, 7-6 1/2 as both made the final (no US jumpers made the Olympic final).

In the 8/20 final US champion Chaunte Howard had a best clearance of 1.96m, 6-5, to tie for seventh.  In her final competition Amy Acuff was 12th with a best clearance of 1.87m, 6-1 1/2.  Blanka Vlasic of Croatia made up for her Olympic loss to repeat as world champion with a clearance of 2.04m, 6-8 1/4.   She passed at 6-9 and had three attempts at a world record 2.10, 6-10 1/4 but did not clear.  Anna Chicherova of Russia was the leader going into 2.04m, but did not clear and ended with a best of 2.02m, 6-7 1/4 to end up second.  When Vlasic cleared 2.04, Ariane Freidrich of Germany passed her last attempt at 6-8 1/4 to take a chance at 6-9 and win but missed and finished third.

On 8/18 Chaunte Howard qualfied for the final with a best clearance of 1.95m, 6-4 3/4 and Amy Acuff also cleared that which was a season best.  Sharon Day cleared 1.89m, 6-2 1/4 and did not make the final.

Pole Vault - In the pole vault qualifying on 8/20 defending champion Brad Walker has been battling injuries and did not vault.  Derek Miles was the only qualfier and cleared 5.55m, 18-2 1/2.  Jeremy Scott also cleared that height but neither vaulter made the next height and Miles beat out Scott on misses to qualify for the finals.  Toby Stevenson could only clear 5.40m, 17-8 1/2.

With '72 Olympic Bronze medallist father Jan looking on, Chelsea Johnson tied for second with a season best clearance of 4.65m, 15-3.  Anna Rogowska was able to clear 4.75m, 15-7 but Elena Isinbaeva (Defending Olympic and world champion) was not able to clear her one attempt at that height or the two attempts at the next height and no-heighted for a huge surprise.  Monika Pyrek of Poland also cleared 4.65 and tied Johnson for second based on misses.

In her final competition Stacy Dragila vaulted 4.25m and Jillian Schwartz vaulted 4.50.

The US teams first disappointment was the withdrawal of '08 Olympic silver medallist Jill Stuczynski due to an achilles tendon issue.

Long Jump - On 8/20 US champion Dwight Phillips was the top qualifier with his first and only jump of 8.44m, 27-8 1/4, which is a better jump than any American made last year.  After losing 15 pounds the former world and Olympic champion is in the best shape of his life and the favorite to win here.  US runner-up Brian Johnson qualified for the final with his last jump of 8.09m,  26-6 1/2.  Miguel Pate was 38th in qualifying with a best jump of 7.61m, 24-11 1/2

Triple Jump - In the 8/18 final Phillips Idowu of Great Britain and a world leading and career best jump of 17.73m, 58-2 on his third jump.  Defending champion Nelson Evora of Brazil could not catch him and jumped 17.55m, 57-7, on his last jump.  Alexis Copello of Cuba was third at 17.36m, 56-11 1/2.  In qualifying on August 16th Brandon Rouhlac was 14th at 16.94m, 55-7, '05 World champion Walter Davis was 22nd at 16.62m, 54-6 1/2, and Kenta Bell was 30th at 16.32m, 53-6 1/2 and none of the jumpers made the finals.

In the 8/17 women's final Cuban teammates Yargeris Savigne (14.95m, 49-0 3/4) and Mabel Gay (14.61m, 47-11 1/4) went one-two ahead of Anna Pyatykh of Russia (14.58m, 47-10).  In qualifying August 15th US champion Shakeema Walker-Welsch was 17th in qualifying with a wind-aided 14.01m, 45-11 3/4, Erica McLain was 32nd with a best of 13.39m, 43-11 1/4, and Shani Marks, 11th at the US championships, was 27th with a season best 13.67m, 44-10 1/4.

Shot Put - Christian Cantwell won his first outdoor world championship with a season best and world leading throw of 22.03m, 72-3 1/2 and '08 Olympic champion and former world leader Tomasz Majewski of Poland 21.91m, 71-10 3/4.  This was the closest world championship ever.  Only two other winners have had a better mark (Werner Gunthor with a 72-11 1/4 throw in 1987 and Reese Hoffa threw 72-3 3/4 in 2007) and only four winners, including this year, have thrown further than Majewski.  In third was Ralf Bartels of Germany with a pr throw of 21.37m, 70-1 1/2.  Reese Hoffa of the US and the defending world champion was fourth at 21.28m, 69-9 3/4 but had a foul that would have been close or beaten both Cantwell and Majewski.  Adam Nelson had a season best throw of 21.11m, 69-3 1/4.

US runner-up Dan Taylor had two fouls in qualifying and on his third throw threw 19.39m, 63-7 1/2 (nearly eight feet short of his season best and pr) for 26th.

Michelle Carter was sixth in the final (8/16) at 18.96m, 62-2 1/2 and became the first US world finalist since 1991, Connie Price-Smith.  Valerie Vili won with a best of 20.44m, 67-4 3/4 from the fifth round, Nadine Kleinert was second in front of the home crowd with a personal best 20.20m, 66-4 1/4 and Lijao Gong of China was third with a personal best of 19.89m, 65-3 1/4.   Jillian Camarena was 23rd in qualifying with a best of 16.92m, 55-6 1/2, and Kristin Heason was 28th with a third throw 14.98m, 49-1 3/4, after two fouls.

Discus Throw - In the 8/19 final Casey Malone had a sixth round best of 66.06 that kept him in fifth for his best ever international performance.  Jarred Rome was 11th with a best throw of 62.47m, 204-11.  On his last throw German Robert Harting threw a pr 69.43m, 227-9, to win in front of the home crowd.  Piotr Malachowski of Poland was second with the fifth round throw of 69.15m, 226-10, and defending world and Olympic champion Gerd Kanter of Estonia could throw no farther than 66.88m, 219-5.

In the 8/18 qualifying, Ian Waltz finished 14th with a best throw of 62.04m, 203-6.

On 8/19 both Stephanie Brown (11th, 61.23m, 200-10) and Aretha Thurmond (12th, 61.08m, 200-5) used their last throws to move into qualifying positions for the finals.  Becky Breisch finished a non-qualifying 22nd, 58.50m, 191-11.

Hammer Throw - On 8/17 Primoz Kozmus of Slovenia won with a season best throw of 80.84m, 265-3, Szymon Ziolkowksi of Poland was second at 79.30m, 260-2, and Aleksey Zagornyi of Russia was third with a best throw of 78.09m, 256-2.  US champion AG Kruger was 28th in qualifying with a best throw of 70.19m, 230-3, runner-up Thomas Freeman was 15th with a best of 74.19m, 243-4, and Michael Mai was 21st in qualifying with a best of 72.58m, 238-1.

On 8/20 US champion Jessica Cosby set a pr 72.21m, 236-10 and qualfied for the final with a fourth place finish.  Amber Campbell will join Cosby in the final with a 10th place finish and best throw of 70.54m, 231-5.  Erin Gilreath did not qualify after finishing 25th with a best throw of 66.72m, 218-11.

Javelin Throw - In the final Rachel Yurkovich would have needed to a pr (better than 60.29m) to get the last three throws.  She finished with a best of 51.15m, 167-9, for 12th.  Steffi Nerius of Germany won on her first attempt with a season best throw of 67.30m,  220-9. Barbora Spotakova of the Czech Republic was second with a best of 66.42m, 217-11 and  Maria Abakoumova of Russia was third with a best of 66.06m, 216-9.

US winner Kara Patterson only had one throw within 24 feet (pr 209-9 winner) of Rachel Yurkovich and it was a huge pr.  This time she didn't get a big throw and finished 29th with a best throw of 52.71m, 172-11.  Rachel Yurkovich finished 11th and qualified for the final with a throw of 59.57m, 195-5 (just off her pr)

Decathlon - US champion Trey Hardee just had a bad high jump otherwise he would have set the American record.  He was never challenged in the second day and ran away to a 8790 to 8640 win over Leonel Suarez of Cuba and 8528 score by Russia's Aleksandr Pogorelov.  He had three season bests and one pr in the second day to total to a personal best and world leader.  US runner-up Eaton had a long season and things did not start well.  He clipped the seventh hurdle in the 110 hurdles and ran 14.28.  His problem event, the pole vault, was the only event the rest of the day good for him.  He cleared 5.00m, 16-4 3/4 but no other events were close to season bests or prs.  This was an end to a long season for him and he was 18th with 8061 points.  Jake Arnold was 24th with 7837 points.

In the first day Trey Hardee ended up with two prs and two season bests to move into third with 4511 points.  With none of the usual surprises in this event and past champion Sebrle off his bests, Hardee is the favorite to win.  US runner-up Ashton Eaton has had a long season but did end up with a pr in the long jump, 7.85m.  He was fifth after the first day with 4355 points.  Jake Arnold was 27th after the first day with 3960 points.

Heptathlon - Jessica Ennis of Great Britain held the lead from the start and won with a total score of 6731 for a world leader.  Local favorite Jennifer Oeser of Germany was second with 6493 points and Kamila Chudzik of Poland was third with 6471 points.  US champion Diana Pickler was 11th with 6086 points and runner-up Sharon Day was 10th with 6126 points.  Bettie Wade had no mark in the shot put and finished 24th with a score of 5134 points.
